Director of the budget (1949- 1957), technical advisor to the cabinet of Charles de Gaulle, president of the Council (1958-1959). Member of the Economic and Social Council from 1959 to 1969, Inspector General of Finance (1964), Honorary Inspector General in 1978. At the same time, he was Deputy Governor (1957), then Governor of Crédit foncier de FrancePays FranceShow more, until 1977. Third course, he was president of SN Repal from 1946 to 1966, date of its integration into ERAP, and president of the Industrial and financial company of petroleum applications from 1961 to 1969. He was therefore the only president of SN REPAL from its foundation to its transformation after the Franco-Algerian oil agreement of 1965. Its relationship with the CFP was of good quality: it enabled the discoveries of Hassi Messaoud and Hassi r'Mel, as well as the Algerian petroleum developments. Subsequently, he accumulated several places as president, notably in the real estate and urban sectors.
