Inauguration of the Bayport HDA Facility in the USA

Philippe Boisseau, CEO of Total Marketing and Services, cuts the ribbon to inaugurate the new HDA (hydro de-aromatization) plant in Bayport, Texas alongside Total's existing polyethylene plant. This new $100 million facility is the second in the world and produces a range of 40 different high purity special fluids for customer use across a wide spectrum of industries, including pharmaceuticals, crop protection, water treatment, printing inks, paints and coatings, and cosmetics.
