Étienne Dalemont - Director, CFP, Downstream Director General

Born February 26, 1910 in Montreal (CanadaPays CanadaShow more). Lycée Saint-Louis, École nationale supérieure des mines de Paris, Faculty of Law of Paris, London School of Economics. Civil mining engineer, doctor of law.
Joined the CFP in 1947, Commercial Director of the CFP in 1957, then Director of the Central Supply and Distribution Directorate of the CFP, and Director General of Downstream in 1971. He played a major role in the development of the distribution network International of the Total group, in the Group's entry into the American downstream and its establishment in South Africa.

In addition, he was instructed by the President to prepare the reorganization of the Group's naval sector after the oil shock, which led to the merger between the Naval Oil and the African Armament Company in 1978. Director of Total Chimie, OFP, of the Naval Oil Company.
