Created by CFP in partnership with Shell and Mobil and based in Dakar, CSL produces lubricants for all the Group's subsidiaries in West Africa. It obtained its first ISO 9002 quality certification in 1998 before taking over the lubricant assets of the Elf Group in 2001. Since 2009, it has been supplying 18 Group subsidiaries in West Africa and Central and Equatorial Africa from an export logistics platform.
